Shipping & Taxes FAQ
At Earthquake Europe, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and with full transparency on costs.
Below you’ll find details on our shipping times, VAT rules, and what to expect when your order arrives.
1. General Information
Dispatch location: All orders ship from our warehouse in Odense, Denmark.
Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping method: We offer standard shipping to most European destinations. If your country is not listed, contact us for a shipping quote!
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
2. VAT & Import Fees
EU countries (including UK & Northern Ireland): Prices include VAT. No additional import fees are charged at delivery.
Non-EU Countries (excl. UK & Northern Ireland): Prices exclude VAT & Import Fees. Local VAT and import duties are collected by customs or the courier at delivery.
The buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties in your country.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The timeframes below are estimates in business days from the date of dispatch.

4. Customs & Delays
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be delayed due to customs inspections.
We have no control over customs processing times.
All applicable duties/taxes must be paid to the courier or customs office before delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
If your shipment appears lost, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
