Techron ApS Preorder Policy

Odense, September 2026

Preorder period: 5 - 25 October 2026

Our warehouse is closed between 6 - 25 October 2026 and will reopen on 26 October.

During our temporary office and warehouse closure, available in-stock products can still be purchased as preorders.

Orders received before 10:00 CEST (Denmark time) on 5 October will be processed for same-day dispatch before our closure.

Orders received after 10:00 CEST (Denmark time) on 5 October will be treated as preorders, with dispatch starting from 27 October.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once your preorder has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and your products will be reserved to you.

Preorders placed after 10:00 CEST (Denmark time) on 5 October until 25 October will be processed and dispatched starting from 27 October 2026.

Delivery time begins from the date your order is dispatched.

Availability

Preorders are available only for products currently in stock. Once a product sells out, it will no longer be available to preorder.

Orders containing multiple products

If your order contains multiple products, they will be shipped together once your order is ready for dispatch.

Cancellations and returns

You may request to cancel your preorder before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, our standard return and refund policy applies.

Please note that our office and customer support are closed between 6–25 October. Cancellation requests received during this period will be processed starting from Monday, 26 October.

Delays

If we are unable to dispatch your preorder within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate and information about your cancellation or refund options.
